• Profile content: the company information, logos and photos you enter to create your company profile.
• Payment records: when you buy a clean PDF, Stripe processes the payment. We receive a payment reference, amount and status — never your full card details.
• Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To create, save and export your company profiles.
• To verify payments and unlock clean PDFs.
• To provide support when you contact us.
• To keep the service secure.

We do not sell your information. Your profile content is used only to produce your documents.

Storage and sharing

Your work is also saved in your own browser so you do not lose it. Data saved to your account is stored on our servers. We share data only with service providers needed to run DocMak (such as hosting and Stripe for payments), or when required by law.
