Refund policy

Before paying, you can preview every page of your company profile and download the complete watermarked PDF for free, so you know exactly what you will receive.

When we refund

• You were charged but could not download the clean PDF, and our support team could not resolve it.
• You were charged more than once for the same company profile.

Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 441 1628 within 7 days of payment with your registered email and the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

Because the clean PDF is a digital product delivered immediately, payments are otherwise not refundable once the clean PDF has been downloaded.
